  • Have no children born or adopted into the marriage; and
  • Have already divided all assets and all debts and reduced the agreement to writing and spousal support is not an issue; and
  • Have lived in Virginia for at least 6 months; and
  • Have been  living seperate and apart for at least 6 months

If you:
  • Have children and have agreed to child custody and visitation, child support and spousal support, and division of all property and all debt; and
  • Have reduced the above agreements to writting; and
  • Have lived in Virginia for at least 6 months; and
  • Have been separated for at least 1 year

Reasonable Hourly Rate
If you:
  • Have decided to get divorced: and
  • Are in the process of coming to an agreement
